Ingredients

The following are the necessary ingredients.

  • Green bean also known as mung bean powder
  • natural yogurt
  • lavender oil 2 drops
  • Rosemary oil 1 drop
  • gauze (cloth) – this is optional

Addresses

  1. Mix 50g of mung bean powder into the yogurt and stir until slightly thickened and sticky.
  2. Add the lavender and rosemary oils. Mix well.
  3. Before putting on the mask, wash your face and then moisten a few cotton balls to cover your eyes after the mask is on.
  4. (Optional) Cut a gauze to cover your face. Soak it in water and then squeeze out the excess water.
  5. (Optional) Place the gauze on your face or cut it to fit your face if necessary. Some places sell disposable sheets of paper for masks that you simply place on your face and then apply the mask recipe.
  6. Apply the face mask mixture and gently spread the pack evenly.
  7. Make sure to apply it on your nose, lower chin, and neck.
  8. After 10-15 minutes, remove or wash off the mask.
  9. Wash your face well and then apply skin toner to provide more moisture.

Wash your face thoroughly

A natural face mask is good for your facial skin, but if you don’t clean thoroughly, there is a high chance that the leftovers will remain in your pores. This will only create new problems. Always clean properly and apply your favorite toner afterwards for best results.
