First step:

Fifth step:
After you’ve let it dry a bit, you can now proceed to spray painting the rims in any color you want, spraying it evenly and smoothly. Keep in mind that spraying too much paint too quickly will cause smudging and this is why light spraying is recommended and another coat later if not enough coverage.
Step Six:
Let the sprayed paint dry completely in a shady area like your garage or covered area. Afterwards, you will need to spray a layer of clear coat over the paint surface using the same techniques mentioned above. Now let the clear coat dry completely before reinstalling the tires on your vehicle.
